General Business Litigation. Creditors' Rights. James M Loots, PC attorneys have represented both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosures, workouts, restructuring, and collections matters. We have the experience and expertise as advisors and advocates in order to resolve favorably debtor/creditor issues.

Employment Litigation. Our attorneys are especially well-versed in the administrative, state and federal court disputes arising from employment relationship. Among the tribunals before which we practice are the D.C. Human Rights Commission, the Maryland Human Rights Commission, the EEOC, and, of course, state and federal courts. We have successfully defended actions concerning Title VII, the D.C.
